There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The house is older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. The popular beach resorts of Grömitz, Kellenhusen, and Heiligenhafen, as well as the historic cities of Oldenburg, Neustadt, and Eutin, are just a 10-15 minute drive away.

The house is located in a natural garden, surrounded by trees and a wide view over the fields. The beaches and excursion destinations in the region are easy to reach by bike and car.
