Beach house holiday rentals in Grover Beach

Great space, thoughtfully stocked with essentials in kitchen. we spent 3 nights and it was nicely positioned between several beach towns and other cities like SLO and Paso Robles. The space felt like home and the host was awesome in communication 👏. would love to come back for many more family reunions.

Opened the door to a very welcoming clean beach home. Nice view of the ocean! Walking distance to all that Cayucos offers! The Bradford family had a wonderful time!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

We stayed for a long weekend. The house is as described and in the perfect location, right on the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and Morro Rock. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean throughout, kitchen had all the basic items that one would need. Will stay here again!

Our group really enjoyed staying here. It was easily walkable to the beach, ATV rentals, and a few close restaurants which made it a super convenient spot. The place itself was also very nice and perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST week at Strandcastle 2.0! We booked the house to celebrate our son’s 8th grade graduation and it could not have been a more perfect place for the occasion. The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious — it easily accommodated our large group with room to spare. Family members stayed with us throughout the week and others came to visit, and everyone commented on how comfortable and well-appointed the home was. The views are amazing, and everything we needed was right there. It truly felt like a special home away from home, and it made this milestone celebration even more memorable. We can’t thank the hosts enough. The communication was great and the entire experience was seamless. We’re already hoping to come back!

This home was amazing! When we arrived, the house was perfectly clean and tidy with everything we needed. You get unbeatable views of the ocean and can have your toes in the sand with just a short walk. We were close driving distance to other desirable locations like Cambria, SLO, and Avila. The hosts were very responsive when I asked questions via text and also provided a guidebook that didn't steer us wrong in terms of activities and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s beach house in Oceano Dunes! I brought my mother to celebrate her birthday, along with my toddler daughter, and it was such a special getaway for all of us. The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally on the beach, with the patio opening right onto the sand. The upstairs balcony had an amazing view of the ocean, the beach, and all the activity—it was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. It was a little windy during our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. David was a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely come back again!

We had a few friends get together for Memorial Day weekend, and this was the perfect spot! Steps from the beach, and fun things to do at the house too. The photos were super accurate, everything was in good condition, and we loved the place! Great communication as well even though we didn’t need anything.

Fantastic house with a beautiful backyard right by Pismo Beach. Conveniently located, spacious, quiet and loaded with beach equipment essentials … not to mention the Oceano Dunes daily pass for us to use! We were greeted with fresh flowers upon our arrival (what a nice touch!). All rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We did notice a lot of dog hair on the living room floor/couch when we first arrived. Perfect place for someone who brings their furry babies! We will be back.

This was my third time staying with Susan and Greg, and every stay at their cottage in Baywood has been a blast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts. The cottage is in the perfect spot to be able to walk to anything in Baywood Park (be sure to check out High Street Deli and Noi’s 2nd Street Cafe!). I’ve made it a point to stay here every time I’m down in the area for a longer trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

Had a wonderful stay at this boho house proximal to Pismo Beach. Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout, the lovely fenced in yard space, and how easy it was to get to the beach!

David was a great host. He communicated when needed, was understanding and kind. The house decor is unique and location is nice :)

An amazing stay. Very beautiful home with records to listen to an out side tub to relax in under the stars. The only disappointment was I couldn’t get most of the out side lights to come on. Other than that you can’t beat this place

Phenomenal place! Right in the heart of Avila, just steps away from the beach! Beautiful fireplaces that give off good heat and make you feel cozy. The rooftop deck is so nice and beautiful patios that you can soak up all Avila has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to any couple or small family that want to spend a beautiful getaway on my opinion one of the best beaches in California! My husband and I absolutely loved this stay, you can easily walk to the beach and so many yummy restaurants are nearby and you can even go wine tasting at several wineries walkable distance!

Felt less like a rental and more like a home. Very clean, beautiful home with comfortable furnishings and attractive wall art. Can’t say much about the town Los Osos as we ended up spending the vast majority of our time at Montaña de Oro park for hiking and playing at the ocean. Would absolutely come back to this area and stay in this home again.

Ten out of ten would recommend staying here. The hosts are extremely gracious and knowledgeable about the area. Best suited for folks that prefer quiet spaces. Walking distance to the Audubon bird sanctuary and the waterfront. Perfect for me, my spouse and our dogs.

Our host, Sheri Collette, provided a clean, comfortable, and charming home with a great view. She's so friendly and did a nice job of keeping us informed and being helpful. She responded to our messages in a timely manner. Her recommendations for pet-friendly restaurants worked perfectly for us. It was a great experience working with Sheri.

Kyes place was so peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. We loved getting to use the spa every evening after hiking.

We loved staying in this large, well-equipped home. Everything that we needed was there! There was plenty of room for privacy and for being together in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The view was gorgeous and we were near all the locations our family needed in Los Osos and San Luis Obispo. Thank you for sharing such a lovely space.

We really enjoyed our stay at Morro Bay. Catherine was a great host, from our booking until our stay ended. The house was ideal, everything was there for us and it’s a great location.

The pictures do not do this place justice, it was a perfect place for our little family and my dad. Hot tub on roof top was private and had the best view, coffee shop below, amazing garden and bistro below, all the amenities in the outdoor fun place was wild. We felt spoiled LOL! The bistro had live music playing, the smell of coffee filled the outdoor patio, and we were never without entertainment. The front patio, back patio, rooftop, game room, mini golf area, we playing ping pong, pool, danced and played music, and were comfy and not crowded in the living room and dinging room. The place was very clean and there was anything you could think of available for our added convenience during the entire stay. Definitely would recommend and will be returning. Also to mention Taylor was super responsive and accommodating, we were all very impressed !

Melissa, the host, was so wonderful! The house was clean and inviting. The ocean is right down the street, and the salty air made the stay simply amazing. I highly recommend staying at the Capistrano Cottage!
