On a beautiful night with large surf, you can hear the waves out your window. While Oceano is awesome - it's also an old funky beach town. The neighbors are all friendly, but some of their houses are old and look run down. Rest assured, despite the old houses across the street and next door, our neighborhood is safe and friendly - we love our neighbors!
