Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The apartment was completed in May 2016. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Living space approx. 90 m² for up to 5 people, 2 bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, Living room 1 additional sleeping place.

Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its entrance through the house entrance hall from the street and offers space for 2 guests with one bedroom and a combined kitchen/living room.
