In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away.
