We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Vacation at the walnut tree

This unique place has a style all its own. The sea of vines of the wine route starts right by the house - the Palatinate Forest on the western outskirts. The large bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm. The small room with a futon bed 160 × 200 cm. The photos provide the best information about the furnishings. Our modern, cosy holiday flat was completed in 2016 and is located in the wine & high-quality fruits village of Laumersheim. Laumersheim belongs to the administrative district of Bad Dürkheim and thereby is located in the midst of the holiday region Leininger Land.
