Our 3-room apartment in the attic (2nd floor) is located in the most beautiful square in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Unser Apartment wurde gerade mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, Einbauküche, großzügiges Wannenbad, Fußbodenheizung und großer Terrasse laden zum entspannen und arbeiten ein. Baden auf dem Grundstück am Steg bei uns im Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam ist für mutige fast das ganze Jahr möglich ;-).
