Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Lensterstrand. Zwei Minuten Fußweg über den Deich zum Strand. Naturnahes Randgebiet von Grömitz. Ortskern und Kurpromenade fußläufig erreichbar. Bollerwagen, Strandspielzeug vorhanden. Rauchen auf der Terrasse erlaubt. Gut erzogene Hunde sind nach Absprache willkommen. Hundestrände dicht bei. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selbst mitbringen. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

The house is situated in the west of the island (Petersdorf). Good for families up to max 5 people or surfers. Kite and surf area 3 km. The house has a fireplace (wood available).
