Dans l’ensemble bon séjour, bonne communication, Laurence est à votre écoute et réactive, le seul hic les escaliers pour monter au deuxième étage un peu raide pour les personnes d’un certain âge, une deuxième rampe sera la bienvenue. A visiter le fort de Saint AGNES, je recommande le restaurant le Saint YVES accueil et restauration.

Incredible view and large apartment space. Located on the edge of mention but only a short walk to the old town, lots of cosy cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Kitchen amenities were perfect for some home cooking- so nice to have a dishwasher. We really could not believe our luck getting this apartment and view.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We stayed for couple of nights at Andrea’s place , Apartment is really spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Check in and check was pretty smooth. Would highly recommend this place

Εξαιρετική διαμονή με μοναδική φιλοξενία! Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για 12 βράδια και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Η Carlotta ήταν απλά φανταστική: από την πρώτη στιγμή μάς καλωσόρισε θερμά, μας έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για το check-in και προτάσεις για εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα και μετακινήσεις στο Μονακό. Κάθε φορά που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως, με χαμόγελο και λύσεις. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι φωτεινό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν! Απολαύσαμε κάθε πρωί τον καφέ μας στο μπαλκόνι, με θέα τη θάλασσα και τους εμβληματικούς πύργους της πόλης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, η κουζίνα είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να μαγειρέψουμε, ενώ οι έξτρα πινελιές (premium προϊόντα περιποίησης, συσκευή καφέ, αρωματικά sticks κ.λπ.) μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im AirBnB von Elena. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas ab vom Schuss (2,3 km Fahrt über eine schmale Straße), aber gerade das macht ihren Reiz und den Charme aus. Man lebt toll gelegen mitten in der Natur und hat einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben in unserer Woche Wanderurlaub viel mit unseren beiden Hunden erleben können und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Abbiamo soggiornato, con il nostro gruppo di amici, per un week end nella casa di Olessia e ci siamo trovati molto bene..la casa situata sopra la costa di Mentone gode di una visuale mozzafiato..le stanze sono ben curate e tutte climatizzate..abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la piscina che si affaccia sul mare. L 'host é stata molto accogliente e ci ha accolto di persona. Consigliamo a tutti di provare questo appartamento

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elisabeth et Clinton. Très bien accueillies, nous avons été surprises de voir à quel point la chambre était impeccable. Nous étions autonomes, de l'entrée dans le logement jusqu'au petit déjeuner, grâce à toutes les petites attentions laissées dans la chambre, c'était tout simplement parfait ! Je recommande pleinement ce logement et je remercie personnellement Elisabeth et Clinton pour cette incroyable prestation qui vaux largement le prix :). Bonne continuation à vous !

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Logement cosi dans un cadre apaisant avec un magnifique jardin. Paola nous a accueilli chaleureusement et agréablement, et fut très arrangeante. Nous nous étions perdus, et Paola est gentiment venue nous chercher. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

L'appartement et la grande terrasse sont magnifiques. On se souviendra des petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec cette vue surplombante exceptionnelle sur la mer et la vieille ville de Menton, le cri des mouettes et la petite brise marine. On peut laisser la voiture en sécurité sur le parking fermé de la villa et retrouver chaque jour la vieille ville en improvisant un itinéraire à pieds à travers un dédale de ruelles et d'escaliers au charme fou. Le soir, après un bon restaurant en ville (merci au conseils de Michaelle), on explore un autre itinéraire et, à l'approche de la villa, on est accueilli par un véritable concert de grenouilles et crapauds dans un vallon situé en contrebas, puis le calme de la villa avec les lumières au loin sur la riviera. Séjourner dans cette villa de Menton est tout simplement magnifique et le seul regret est de devoir en partir le dernier jour !

The apartment was flawless: clean, comfortable, well equipped and very close to Monaco’s center. The host is lovely, very helpful and understanding. I really recommend this place, one of the best value options in the area.
