Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.
