Beautiful apartment on Greifswalder Bodden in Riems

The apartment with private entrance, parking and a small garden (lawn has just been newly arrived), is located on a headland in the Greifswald Bodden. The Riemserort is located between Greifswald (15 km) and Stralsund (30 km). From here you can go to Stahlbrode in 30 minutes by bike on a beautiful but sometimes barely developed path to Stahlbrode and then take the ferry to Rügen. In Gristow (1 km) there is a shopping opportunity for everything necessary for life and a great fish restaurant at the harbor.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peen Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
