The Family Space is our King of Hearts room, King with Ensuite & Fitted Kitchen and an adjoining Ace of Clubs room, Double with Ensuite. This great family space comes with a fully a fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and seating area for diners. The King of Hearts comes with a free standing roll top bath, the Ace of Clubs has a walk-in shower. A sofa bed means there is sleeping for 2 little ones. Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals.

Beautiful barn conversion and pet friendly

Grange farm barn is grade 2 listed newly converted barn set in the broads village of Filby but still has the beautiful sandy beaches of Norfolk a mere 10 minute drive away.There is plenty of space for guests and dogs to roam without being on top of one another and an abundance of things to do close by Not afraid of hard work, we converted the barn ourselves at the start of the covid year.
