Absolutely lovely stay, great for having a cosy place to settle if you’re out and about for the day & great if you have dogs as well with the surroundings! Just perfect! Everything you need and more

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area

We had an amazing time, cottage is lovely, very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Loved seeing all the animals. Also meeting Cracker and Poppy Wendy's dogs. Getting up in the morning and having the chickens and ducks walk past the kitchen window was so nice. We fed the animals with Wendy one morning this was amazing, you can tell how much she cares for the animals and how well they are looked after. The garden for the cottage was actually bigger then I thought it would be and was so beautiful, we loved sitting outside. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making us so 😁.

Cley is a great location, quiet but with enough to do and good places to eat within walking distance. We ate at the Three Swallows twice. The Coasthopper bus stops a few minutes away and Blakeney is within walking distance if you do not wish to drive. Clare was a great host, friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect for two, warm and very clean, with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking proper meals, and a super bathroom. We have enjoyed many holidays in North Norfolk and would not hesitate to book the Old Stables again.

What a lovely, lovely stay. Had the nicest time this week. Erna was so lovely and left plenty of goodies for me when I arrived. Room was immaculate and in such a good location, with shops just round the corner. Thank you so much will definitely stay again :)

My mum had a great stay at Erna’s accommodation. It was a home from home! It was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Erna was very responsive with communicating, both the instructions for check in and providing photos. She left a beautiful breakfast ready for the morning. Thank you!

My second time at Nicky's....excellent...the only thing is that the house is on a country road and satnav (both Google and Apple) are incorrect with the directions...and coming back late in the pitch-black - no street lights - can be challenging. Nicky solved it the second night by putting out a light!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Nook. Dawn & Graham are truly amazing hosts, very accommodating and with a lot of welcome advice about places to visit. The Nook was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable; we appreciated the coffee pods and snacks waiting for us. Local recommendations: walks on local sandy beaches, seeing seals at Horsey Gap, a boat trip on the broads and an excellent lunch at Kings Arms in Fleggburgh.

Lovely, convenient little apartment in the countryside. It was clean and with all the required amenities - the little extras of tea, coffee, seasoning and milk in the kitchen, and shampoo in the bathroom where hugely appreciated. The possible issue to flag is that the WiFi really isn't very good. It wasn't an issue for me but could be for others. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Garden Room lacked for nothing. The hosts were generous beyond all expectations in what they provided. It was lovely to arrive to wine and nibbles and to find absolutely everything you could wish for from Alexa to Air con, breakfasts to coffee machine and all possible toiletries to lots of towels. It was a great location and a superb place to stay. i could have moved in and stayed for life.

Acorn Annex was a little jewel, surrounded by a beautiful, tranquil garden. Lovely to walk bare footed with a morning (or anytime) cuppa. It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable (especially the bed)! Richard and Jacqui were very pleasant hosts and easy to talk to. Would not hesitate to book again! Thank you both very much for creating a get away that is so relaxing.

Great place for a couple to stay for a few days - Jo was very responsive and the accommodation had everything you would want (including kindly leaving fresh milk and some biscuits for us ). Perfect location for exploring Southwold and surrounding areas. Thank you Jo❤️

Absolutely lovely property in an idyllic peaceful rural setting but still convenient for getting to places of interest in all directions. Dawn was super friendly and responsive helping in advance, including through an email outage we experienced, and it was a real pleasure to meet her and George when we were at the property. A fabulous property.

We had the most amazing break! Exactly what we needed. The annex was designed lovely, and breakfast on the patio was a nice treat! The welcome box was a lovely touch and was a nice surprise to find one for the dog. The biscuits went down with him very well! Very thoughtful! The Prosecco and little chocolates were much appreciated Very clean and tidy and felt very much at home. Lots of information provided and amazing recommendations by the host. Kevin was flexible with us and a great help when we lost our dog lead on the beach. We had an incredible dog walk which started directly opposite the house, into the woods and then to an amazing viewing point. Very short drive to the beach and other villages. Beaches are very nice and lots to do Couldn’t recommend this place and Kevin enough. We cannot wait to come back!

There is a reason Rob is a super host. Not only are the accommodations absolutely perfect, your hosts are amazing people! Do yourself a favor and select Rob’s place to stay when you are in the area. You’ll be happy you did! We will definitely stay here again, when we return.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

Lovely property in a beautiful location overlooking the Broads. Very peaceful and relaxing. Ali and Tim were very friendly and welcoming, always responsive to any queries and couldn't have been more helpful. The property itself was squeaky clean and nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cannot recommend highly enough! And not forgetting the lovely little dog whose name escapes me who was also very friendly and came to greet us at the gate after our days out :)

Really lovely cosy annex with beautiful views and sunsets. The bed was really comfortable and there was everything we needed. We will definitely return.
