Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

It has a beautiful south facing aspect, with stunning views towards Dartmoor. it has a private front courtyard and entrance. This is a dog friendly space but never leave your pet unattended in the cottage.
