Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Graz

We loved our stay. Such a great space both inside and outside. The inquisitive cat and roaming chickens all added to the experience. The area is so peaceful and the bed stood out as being very comfortable. Ekkehard was friendly, kind and very good with our daughter. It was all the small touches. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

Insanely great place to stay if you are looking for a place to relax and feel good! The living room invites you to linger with good music and fantastic views with a good glass of South Styrian wine from the wine cellar located in the house. The hot tub and sauna provide pure enjoyment and relaxation after a little sports in the in-house gym. In the cozy beds, you can then recharge your batteries. An all-around great spot! And the owner is, also does not want to go unmentioned, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to visit again:D

Had a super nice weekend at Bettina's place. We felt right at home. The kitchen is very modern and more than fully equipped. The bathroom is also very nice and large. We particularly liked the private garden with grill and fire bowl:)

Very cozy, well-kept house for a few relaxing days. Very nice terrace for breakfast and sunbathing next to red deer enclosure, balcony with great views of the countryside. Very quiet location. Straightforward communication with very friendly host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect – nestled in calm, beautiful nature, it offered the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It truly feels luxurious, especially with the stunning pool which was a highlight of our trip. Everything about the place invites you to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene environment!

Nice little gem with beautiful panorama

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is really very central. The road where it is located is not so busy. We had always found a parking spot nearby. We didn't hear about traffic in the apartment. It was very quiet in the attic apartment. The key handover was uncomplicated via the very nice, helpful neighbors. It is a cozy townhouse with high rooms, partly exposed half-timbered and some creaky floor suitable for the age of the house. We particularly liked the bathroom. It's special to take a shower in an old sitting bath. It takes a moment to "mix" the right water temperature. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from the small skylight falls directly into the sky. Simply cozy : ) Thank you for the hospitality. We felt very comfortable in this cozy city apartment in ❤ Graz

This is our second time staying with Lina. The first time in the Boho Suite and now in the Hunter Suite. Great and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The host even came by in person and gave us a little Easter gift. I can recommend the Huntersuite. Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable.

A most enjoyable stay is behind us. Very nice and stylish apartment in a former brewery right in the center. Everything sparkling clean and very well equipped. Very nice lady who takes care of accommodation on site and how Lois responds promptly and helpful to our concerns. At the host in the cafe bar below you can have breakfast and in the evening a good local glass of wine including small things to eat. Easy parking around the corner. The surrounding area can be explored by bike with many tours.

Very friendly welcome, apartment spacious, well equipped and individually furnished. Little sun, so pleasantly cool. To compensate, a sunny balcony and a beautiful garden. Centrally located, yet quiet. Many interesting destinations can be reached by car, especially for hiking. Thanks for the nice days!

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

Everything worked out very well!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Above and beyond! Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. The apartment is incredibly beautiful and unique, and much more spacious than the pictures indicated. The host was amazingly accommodating, really going above and beyond at every step. Staying here for a few nights was one of the highlights of our 5 week European tour, I highly recommend it if you are lucky enough to be able to book!

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Hallo, as soon as I booked the villa, I could tell that Cornelia makes a lot of effort to give me and my companions a great experience. Not only does it have a stunning villa but take care of everything around what you want. We had a severe thunderstorm during our stay. Here she immediately inquired about us, came by, your kind and behavior super well! The villa is even better than on the pictures, I can only recommend that to everyone!

Lovely place in the bottom of an area with wineries in walkable distance. With the sauna, jacuzzi and so on, it's a perfect place for a relaxed time!

We had a nice stay, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The service was great and the lady at the reception was very nice. We will be happy to come back.
