Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light close by. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot in front of the house. No other guests bedding, towels, hair dryer is available. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio children up to 12 years old have 20% discount.

A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

Into the city / or into the green

Coming from Steinbergstrasse into the Neupauerweg, you enter our garden and you will be surprised by the huge 300 year old lime tree directly in front of our house. Your car park ist just left behind the gate, from there you already have a view almost all over Graz. Your seperate entrance to the apartment is under our carport.
