Whether you're streaming comfortably on the couch, having a good dinner or enjoying a glass of wine on your own balcony, you can feel at home here in Graz. The double bed in the bedroom is 160*200, there is also another sleeping option for one person in the living area (fold-out sofa bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and window.

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Graz, at the art university. The historic downtown (cathedral, main square) and the university are 5 minutes walk away. It has anteroom, living area with sofa bed, TV, table and fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a double bed, a travel crib, a workspace. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine with dryer and hairdryer. A parking space for one car (no van and no large SUV) is available free of charge.
