Best place to stay in Siloam Springs! River House is my first choice!! The porch was delightful this time, cannot wait to return!!

Nice big kitchen and good sitting area for big families. Great backyard with space to sit and kids/dogs to run around, it was a bit noisy with Walton being behind it but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Bed are very comfortable and water pressure is good.

First off, the place is amazing! It’s in a great location, super peaceful and secluded, but easy to find. There’s tons of beautiful greenery, and we even saw a couple of friendly deer that stayed for a while, keeping a safe distance. The house is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and has everything we needed. But the best part was how Rashelle made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs in different countries, and she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay truly special. Thanks a million, Rashelle!

House was on a quiet street in a good neighborhood . Completely remodeled with beautiful updates. Home was well furnished with any needed amenities. Located within a mile or so of a highway for ease of getting to golf courses and restaurants. Very relaxing vacation and definitely recommend to others. Aaron was very responsive to all communications. First class all the way!

We had such a lovely couple of days at this Bnb. The location was perfect as we loved walking out the back door and hiking to a waterfall. My kids loved feeling like wilderness explorers and having the chance to sit under a waterfall! The house is roomy, modern, and bright. My kids didn’t even want the tv but instead they spent their time hot tubbing and enjoying nature. We had a tumble on the trials and our host was prepared with a first aid kit even. We can’t wait to go back!!! 🩷🩷🩷

This was the perfect spot in terms of location, comfort for the bridal party, and the open kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I could cook for the bride to be and her bridesmaids, and relax in between cooking and events. It was truly a home away from home. I'd go back for sure. I didn't have time to go to the lakes or the gym, unfortunately, but that amenity made it a attractive selection. Donna did recommend her favorite hikes and I was able to slip away to get to one. Thank you Donna! Truly a wonderful experience for us all.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and serene apartment. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort—from the spotless, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious rainfall shower and ultra-comfy bed. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and inviting throughout my stay. Although I didn’t use it on this trip, easy access to the garage to park bikes is a great feature. The location is excellent—situated near the edge of the downtown area, just a short walk or bike ride from fantastic restaurants and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Kathryn was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and with great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and she made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable visit. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This was a comfortable and cute little spot and super close to the downtown square. Dickson street isn’t far either and we walked all over the area. This place was a great find!

Fantastic spot to stay when visiting U Ark! Very clean, and safe, location. Easily walkable to campus, sports, anything on Dickenson St, old Fayetteville town square. Street noise some nights (you’ll be on Dickenson!) and an occasional train. Loved it.

Pink Door BnB is great! We never had any issues. They were very courteous and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we did not need anything extra. We had one request and it was to extend our stay if available. They responded quickly and were very helpful with extending our stay. Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

I had a great stay in Fayetteville! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive—answered questions quickly and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve previously stayed at three other units in The Dickson; all were nice, but this one stood out. Nicely decorated, well laid out, comfortable and easy access from parking ramp. The terrace is large and has a stunning view of the Fayetteville hills, Dickson Street and downtown. We thoroughly appreciated the extra attention to details like stocking the refrigerator with several bottles of water, a pint of half-and-half, and a stick of butter.
