Es war einfach perfekt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung war unglaublich gut und alles war super sauber. Alles ist ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet. Man spürt die Liebe des Gastgebers in in jedem Details. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa era esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, rispondendo sempre rapidamente. Consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

We logeerden met 7 architecten in deze prachtige woning. Het overtrof onze hoge verwachtingen. Het huis en de omgeving zijn ongelofelijk mooi. Het was een plezier om er 2 nachten te verblijven.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!

Die Lage und das liebevoll erhaltene Haus strömen Ruhe und Erholung aus. Paola in ihrer Herzlichkeit hat auch dazu beigetragen. Wir genossen sonnige Tage und schätzten den unmittelbaren Seeanstoss. Wir schätzten die Erfrischung im See und das Sonnenbaden im Liegestuhl auf dem Rasen. Schatten spendeten die vielen Bäume. Gegessen haben wir immer draussen und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen etc. braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Elisabetta was certainly a Sparkly Host! She warmly welcomed us and enthused about the villa and surrounding area. She gave us many excellent tips about where to go and where to eat. The villa itself surpassed our expectations, providing ample accommodation for our group of 21 including 9 grandchildren. The villa is exceptionally child friendly. with plenty of age appropriate toys, lovely pool and table tennis. There were loads of tables and chairs, giving a variety of places to eat, both inside and out. We were celebrating four big birthdays, 40th,30th,30th and my 70th. This was a fabulous venue for such a gathering. The surrounding area around Lake Como is stunning, with excellent walks and outstanding mountain restaurants ... Do follow Elisabetta's recommendations. We enjoyed a truly magnificent holiday in Barni.

Casa molto spaziosa con vista panoramica eccezionale. Ottima soluzione per gruppi di persone. Parcheggio libero poco distante.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Our family loved staying with Sonya and Simone. Five stars is not enough. They welcomed us with beer, wine, and food and we instantly felt right at home. The breakfast they served was amazing and they worked with our schedule. They even went above and beyond and mended our four year olds toy. On top of that, there was really unique art and themes throughout the Airbnb that made the place truly unique. I highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Me and my partner spent a beautiful and peaceful few days here. The house and its views are incredible, it felt like something out of a film! We had everything we needed and the surroundings were perfect and lovely to walk through. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so special, helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as the house is quite rural but it’s only about a 35 minute walk to Colico town centre with lovely restaurants and little shops. We can’t recommend this property enough and thank you again to Stefania and Luca for being so welcoming and helpful

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunde hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Barbaras Haus. Besonderes Highlight war der riesige Swimmingpool. Auch der Pizzaofen in der geräumigen Küche und der Grill wurden gerne genutzt. Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung waren top. Die Lage auf dem Berg, mitten im Wald mit riesiger Rasenfläche -also angenehmem Luftaustausch bei schwülem Wetter am Lago- ist schon unique. Schöne Spaziergänge im Wald, mit reichlichem Sichtkontakt zu Rehen, Hirschen und Wildschweinen, sind möglich. Da nimmt man gerne auch die kurvenreiche Fahrt runter nach Stresa in Kauf. Barbara selbst, aber auch die guten Geister Malu mit Lebensgefährten, machten uns den Aufenthalt zudem äußerst angenehm. Summa summarum ist dieses Urlaubsdomizil ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Wir hoffen auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e perfettamente in ordine, con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto, flessibile rispetto alle nostre esigenze, e ci ha accolto di persona spiegandoci con chiarezza il funzionamento di ogni cosa. Durante il soggiorno è rimasto sempre reperibile e attento, e anche alla partenza si è sincerato che fosse andato tutto bene. Una persona affidabile, cortese e presente: consigliatissimo!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

Wir waren da für 3 Nächte, die Lage ist perfekt für Entspannung und Erholung. Das Haus war blitzsauber und super Ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin hat immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher alles sauber und bequem. Villa Giorgio war ein kleinen Paradies, danke euch!

..non è un caso se questa location merita il massimo sotto ogni punto di vista..!!..davvero una bellissima villa storica..dove soggiornare in assoluta tranquillità..coccolati da Simion in ovni dettaglio..!!..ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo..vicinissima ai laghi..è davvero il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per una splendida vacanza..BRAVIII..!!!
