Super comfortable, and the host is very nice

Fina is an amazing, reliable and responsible person. Accommodation is suitable for a huge family or groups. House is spacious, clean with everything that you need and in the heart of the Platja de Gandia + great price for accomodation. 5 stars out of 5.

Everything is perfect. Both the house that is very well cared for, tidy and clean as the hosts. As only a weak spot, a couple of the mattresses that have the right quality, but more than enough for a few days

We stayed with friends (10) 8 days at Danny's and everything went very well. The house is extremely well located by the water, 2 steps from an excellent restaurant "la paillote", a very nice house for holidays. The outside remains to be improved, especially to have shade areas ( the work starts in September) but very sincerely we had a great holiday. Each room has its own bathroom, upstairs kitchen, kitchen on the ground floor, everything is very convenient even if we spent all our time outside, comfort and interior design were at the Rendezvous. Danny was very nice, very responsive and attentive, we recommend this house and its simply magical sea view. Thanks Danny.

My 17-year-old daughter and I had a very nice stay. It took 10-12 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Pego and Oliva. Denia is also not far away and very nice. It was very hot during our stay. But if you open the windows and balcony door and make a nice draft, then it is bearable. There are also two large portable standing fans. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony in the evening. The pool behind the house was also very good. Here you could really swim and relax in peace, because hardly anyone used it during our time.

The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

apartment very clean and well arranged. 15 minutes from Valencia, quiet and 5 minutes by foot from the beach. No problem parking. a very good compromise between town and beach / quiet. To choose however if you are by car, to reach the places of catering or supermarkets. as far as we are, 4 and by car, it was perfect!

Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again

We had a great time in the house of Maurice & Deniz. They are very proactive and helped us with the collection of the groceries at the shop so we didn’t have to walk. The apartment has all the needed amenities and facilities. The swimming pool is great for relaxation. All in all we can highly recommend staying at Maurice & Deniz place.

Great spot! Many shops and restaurants within walking distance, right near the beach, and about a 15 minute walk from the start of the Peñón de Ifach hike. The included parking (in a private garage) was a great bonus as the apartment is located in a busy area so street parking would be difficult. The apartment itself was great for 2 adults, with amazing views of the Peñón from the large outdoor balcony. The bed was comfortable for sleeping and the apartment had everything one would need for cooking meals there, except you do need to provide your own cooking oil & seasonings. We didn’t visit the apartment before buying groceries, so we bought the wrong coffee pods— it’s a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto so other guests don’t make the same mistake. Communication with the host was superb— fast replies and clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Well-equipped house, with everything you need to spend a quiet, comfortable, pleasant, refreshing stay... both with family and friends as a group, as was the case. Very attentive and super flexible owners both at check-in and check-out. A spectacular terrace and space to enjoy barbecues or paellas and the pool, simple but enough to enjoy several people and cool off. We would definitely repeat. Thank you very much for everything and see you next time.
