Apartment located on the beachfront, with a terrace at the front of the house, from which you can have breakfast or a refreshment while watching the sea, and feeling the sea breeze. It has a rear terrace, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, countertop to prepare your favorite dishes, two bedrooms, 150cm bed and two singles. A bathroom with a large shower tray, renovated in 2024. There is a wifi and elevator. Go down, cross and you have the beach at your feet.

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Penthouse and duplex with large private terrace with ocean view. Relax at our chill-out ! It is a spacious and renovated apartment. The living room is very bright, with large windows. It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have kids, they'll love hanging out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)
