Dispone de wifi y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Dispone de una plaza de garaje muy cerca del ascensor. La comunidad es una de las más bonitas de Gandía por su enorme jardín y gran su piscina de agua salada. Si tienes niños, les encantará pasar un rato en los columpios o jugando en el jardín. Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. Acogedor apartamento recien reformado, amplio, tranquilo y luminoso con vistas al puerto. Es el segundo piso de una finca con solo dos apartamentos. Dispone de 3 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, y una cuarta como sala de estar.Un baño, una cocina y un comedor. Cerca del apartamento hay supermercados, hornos, tiendas de ropa...y la playa a 5 minutos andando.
