Welcome to the breathtakingly beautiful and world-famous Chiemgau region,  Close to Lake Chiemsee in the Alps – near Reit im Winkel and Austria’s ski resorts, between the Hochplatte and Hochgern mountains, where the ‘Tiroler Achen’ flows towards Lake Chiemsee – lies the beautiful climatic health resort of Marquartstein. This is where we, as the host family, call home. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space for 5–6 guests (approx. 90 sq m) so they can also unwind and relax. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
