Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The beautiful new apartment on the ground floor in a modern 2-family house is right next to our horse boarding house. Our farm is currently home to our 10 boarding horses, our own horse Babymoon, our mini Shetty Merlin, 3 goats, Nanny, Pia & Paula, 2 cats Mr. Fox and Clyde, 2 rabbits and our farm dog Heidi.

Single room Gederer

The single room Gederer is located on the 2nd floor. It was only completely newly renovated and newly furnished in 2004. It is equipped with TVS. In the room there is a hair dryer, kettle and small set of dishes so you can prepare a small snack yourself.
