Excellent address, a very well located apartment, in the greenery, very bright where it is good to rest. And above all an extremely attentive host to our needs, very friendly who does not hesitate to communicate her good addresses. A big thank you for these few days in this Dorsoduro that we love so much. We'll be back!

Excellent communication with the host. Chiara provided lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat without me asking. Shout out also to Julia who helped us during checkin and checkout and called me immediately to let me know that I have left my shoulder bag with some valuables!

Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

It was a pleasure to stay with Viorica once more. The third floor flat has a wonderful terrace with a retractable awning that provides full cover. We had lunch and drinks on our own terrace every day. Viorica is a lovely person who takes pride in ensuring all is perfect and you have a great stay. My wife has brilliant chat with Viorica, practising her Italian language skills. We visit a lot of local restaurants, with fabulous food on offer. The location is very good and easy to use as a central point to allow walking to all the areas. We have visited Venice on many occasions and confirm that this is the best apartment ever, we look forward to returning in the future. I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

We had an amazing stay at Barbara's apartment. The location was perfect. Close to Vaporetto stops, restaurants, groceries, and most importantly gelato! The apartment was clean and super comfortable with A/C in every room. It was great to take a break from the crowds in the hot afternoons. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a unique place to stay in Venice, this home was right on a canal and we watched gondolas and boats drive by and people waved at us. Excellent host and the area was clean, safe and walkable to all.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our group of two mothers and three daughters for a few nights. The view right on to the grand canal was fantastic and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and well set up. We liked being out of the crowds but easily within walking distance to all major sights, a few steps away from the nearest water taxi stop. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to any of our questions. Thanks for a great stay, we highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Venice!

Our stay at Antonio’s was everything we could have asked for. We arrived in the evening during a downpour of rain and were so grateful for the close proximity of the apartment to the bus station with our luggage. Antonio met us upon arrival and gave us local info & suggestions, and lent us a couple of his umbrellas for the night :) He was genuinely friendly, and clearly cares for his home and guests, which we appreciate. The apartment is well equipped with laundry, a nice warm shower, hair dryer, AN ICE TRAY (!!!-iykyk), and cute/helpful books/maps about Venice and Italy. The AC works well and quickly, and the street is very quiet which makes for a great sleep. I would recommend staying at Antonio’s to anyone, especially those seeking a less crowded neighborhood. MAJER bakery about a block away is OUTSTANDING pastries. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

Michele was a wonderful host—Michele gave clear instructions and helpful tips on transportation, which made our trip much easier. The apartment was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the university district. It was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

One of the best AirBnB stays we've ever had! Giacomo is an excellent host - was very proactive and gave us great recommendations; also was very responsive for questions during our stay. The apartment is amazing! It was perfect for our family with two small kids (ages 4 and 1). It was very well appointed and had everything needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The location of Campo San Polo was perfect! It was close enough to all the main sights, and had lots of restaurants/shopping in close walking distance. We felt like locals (even though we probably weren't fooling anyone) The restaurant just right outside the apartment was great for lunch (really good Pizza/Pasta) and being in close proximity was a game changer for the kids. If you have kids (particularly small ones) - it's helpful to hire a luggage porter. We did this when leaving, and it made our lives a bit easier.

A great location just outside the busy center but still close enough to everything. Nice to be amongst locals in this charming flat. Our family had a wonderful two days in Venice.

This was a great experience. The apartment looks very much like the pictures. We slept great, quiet street, easy access, felt safe, perfectly working kitchen, bathrooms, etc. You can tell Marco takes care of the place and makes sure that everything is taken care for you. On top of all that, Marco was super responsive, very helpful with recommendations, advice about anything you might need, and frankly a hard worker who takes his role seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St Mark's Square.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
