Holiday rentals with lake access in Grand Canal

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Sensational location right on the lagoon. The private island offers many possibilities (sports, beach, restaurants, horseback riding) and the nature reserve with its bird and wildlife right on the doorstep is fantastic. Be sure to take the bikes with you to explore the island and surroundings. The 3-story cottage has a small garden where you can enjoy the view and tranquility. The house is a little spartanly decorated. Luckily, the supermarket on the island sells the most important things of everyday life. (Attention: observe opening hours). We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Surrounded by greenery and in the beautiful two-story lagoon, well distributed, functional and clean! Parking in front of the entrance of the house. Modern house, recent, clean and well stocked with all the comforts for a vacation. Among the plus are the possibility of using the bicycles provided by the owner. Highly recommended

We had a great stay in Ca Marin. the location was fantastic right on the canal with lots of restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery shop a minute walk up the canal which was really handy.

Quietly located, but a central location to visit various cities and attractions in Veneto.

The place was very nice, when we first got our keys they explained and showed us everything, the apartment was very tidy. Alongside that, there were pizzerias, restaurants, a store very close, including a beach about 15 minutes away if you go on foot.

Alessandra is lovely, she was really communicative and friendly, staying late to check us in when our flight was delayed and she even bought my friend a birthday gift. The apartment is as described, really spacious and clean with lovely bedrooms and very well equipped. The main garden is communal but the apartment has a private terrace also. You definitely need a car here as there is no longer even a mini market in Villaganzerla so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

We has such a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Beautiful canal views, very easy and quick to walk to things nearby, but it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. About a 12 minute walk to the train station which was great. Giovanna was very responsive and helpful. Check-in/out was very easy. And the apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. This place made our trip to Venice a breeze. 10/10, I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful with everything you need. Easily accessible by car and bus. Luca is very friendly, helpful, and responds to everything quickly. I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for peace of mind

Wonderful vacation! My girlfriend and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 10 days and it was like feeling at home! The view of the fjord is indescribable, not to mention the sunsets... I thank Alessio for his availability and promptness. We'll be in touch again soon Albarella!
