The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower) But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !! WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave). The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
