The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. Your totally self-contained ground floor accommodation includes a reception room where you are welcome to leave coats, boots and outdoor gear. The entrance to your accommodation leads off the reception to a kitchenette/utility room and through to a large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room.

You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
