Im kombiniertem Wohn- und Schlafraum mit einem 2,00 x 1,60 m breitem Bett befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Esstisch, Schrank, Kommode mit Stauraum und ein Fernseher. Dazu gehört eine eigene Terrasse sowie ein kleiner Garten. Für das Auto/Bike gibt es einen eigenen Carport. Der Zugang zum Appartement ist über eine Außentreppe zugänglich.
