Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Alp11 - Vacation in a dream house

Traditional wooden construction meets modern ambiance. Our Chalet Alp11 (built in 2021) is a traditionally built carpenter's wooden house made of pure natural materials and excellent energy efficiency. Hidden in the center of Garmisch and surrounded by a lot of "green," you are in the middle of it and yet next to it. Pets are welcome with us.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
