The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Alpspitze and the Zugspitze massif offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 60 square meters and is the perfect place for couples, a small family or friends up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

This lovingly renovated old-building apartment offers an unforgettable, unobstructed mountain view from its south-facing balcony – the Alpspitze, Waxensteine and Zugspitze right before your eyes. Hiking and cycling trails and ski resorts start right on the doorstep, and Lake Eibsee can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus stop approx. 200 metres away. In case of bad weather: large smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. I’m sure you’ll love my home country.
