Wonderful upstairs! apartment. Parking village free.

A lovely upstairs! apartment right in the center of De Rijp. Volendam, Amsterdam, Strand, Alkmaar and Zaanse Schans all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. This historic building dating from 1652 has recently been completely renovated where the old details have been saved. De Rijp is a beautiful authentic village. connection to Amsterdam is good. There are no more bikes. No elevator is available. parking in the village for free! The boat and the terrace are not included. I live downstairs myself.

Welcome aboard! From July 2023, the Moana will be available for rent. A cozy 9.5 meter boat on the Alkmaardermeer. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful view and the setting sun, after which you will be lulled to sleep and hear the water babbling in the background. PLEASE NOTE: the boat is located on an island which can only be reached by a manually operated ferry. It sails between sunrise and sunset.
