Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

Im Boardinghouse Karlsdorf-Neuthard erwarten Sie sehr stilvoll möblierte und hochwertige Appartements. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Terrasse oder Balkon und ein eigenes Bad. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Waschraum mit Trockner und Waschmaschinen, der gebührenfrei genutzt werden kann. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug. Darüber hinaus werden die Appartement wöchentlich gereinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt.

Komfortables kleines 1 Bett-Apartment. Bestens ausgestattet für Geschäftsreisende. Selbständiger Check in ist jederzeit nach 15:00 Uhr möglich. In dem bequemen 1,60 m Bett können ein bis zwei Personen sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad befindet sich über den Flur, wird aber nur von diesem Apartment genutzt. Täglicher Zimmerservice ist inclusive.
