Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
