The vacation home is 700 m from the fine sandy beach in Graal-Müritz. Behind the house is the "Große Ribnitzer Moor" with walking paths to the sea. Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

This beautiful domicile in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach and welcomes from the 15th July the first holiday guests. The architect's house offers you not only a breathtaking view of the sea from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.
