In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. The beach, restaurant and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & bedroom. There are 2 + 1 sleeping facilities available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull out couch for max. 1 toddler. We also provide a travel cot on request.

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
