we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Large windows open up the view of the garden, nature and tranquillity included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in approx. 60 m². Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

There are 2 + 1 sleeping facilities available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull out couch for max. 1 toddler. We also provide a travel cot on request.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.
