Another great stay here. We feel right at home here. A lovely 2 bed annex in a lovely village with easy access to York. Very clean, modern, comfortable, beds extremely comfortable and a great host. We would definitely recommend.

Zoe was an amazing host. She really pushed the boat out to make us feel welcome and even offered for us to stay a little longer after check out because of the VE event going on next door. Place was lovely, clean and spaceous. All bedroom furniture was new and the kitchen looked recently done. It has a really big wrap around garden, quiet area even though its on the main road into town. Barely heard anything go by. We visited the museum and although small it was interesting and worth checking out for next visitors. We definitely will be back for a little break away from home. Cant reccomend Zoe as a host enough
