Holiday rentals with a patio in Government of Amsterdam

Marguerite’s townhome was the perfect place for our week in Amsterdam! She’s very responsive. We could walk to the Rijk’s museum & cafe’s nearby. Easy check-in. We also loved having a washer & dryer in our unit, a rare find in Amsterdam! We rented a car & never had an issue finding parking by our unit, also a plus! We’d love to come back & stay here again!

Just perfect! My stay with Maja was absolutely great. The place was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Maja is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who cares a lot about the well-being of her guests. Her tips for the area were fantastic, and she was always available if I had any questions. I felt at home here and would definitely come back. Thank you, Maja, for this wonderful experience!

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Our stay was perfect for our family. We were grateful to have one of the few airbnb's with no stairs, so access with luggage was a breeze! The unit was in a private quiet courtyard and perfect for our kids. Very easy access to public transport and beautiful views of the Amstel right across the road. Our host was so helpful and communicative the whole time, we felt perfectly at home. Very grateful to have found this place!

The apartment is well-equipped, clean and tidy, and I think we had just about everything we could have needed for our stay. The apartment is a stones throw from the railway station, which is very handy! It’s also close to Dam square, and many other attractions. Including shopping, restaurants and bars, with only a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro station to get around the city. We had a lovely time and highly recommend Maria’s place. *Note that there are two flights of steep stairs to the apartment, but that didn’t cause us any difficulty.

We (family with 3 children ages 7-19) had very nice days in Amsterdam over the turn of the year and really felt very comfortable in Alexandra's house. It is a very pleasant residential area, supermarket is very close, bus and ferry (NDSM) are very easy to reach. Alexandra's house is beautifully decorated, there is everything you need, very bright, clean and cozy. Always happy to come back, thank you!

Ties was very friendly and responsive and even allowed us to check in a bit early without an extra charge and he also had a welcome bottle of wine for us. The location felt safe and it was walkable to several restaurants and stores. The space was small but doable and very clean. The apartment is up several flights of stairs so be prepared to drag your luggage. My only complaint is the bedroom. Although the bed was very comfortable, the bedroom is actually a LOFT area equipped with a ladder so it was very inconvenient trying to rush down to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything was great

This is such a great location and Saeed is a fantastic host! We felt right at home. It’s located near great restaurants and around public transportation. Saeed is very friendly and respectful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and tips on how to arrive from the airport. We are looking forward to staying here next time we come to Amsterdam

The house is an absolute dream! Beautifully located in the countryside, super cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – really cute. I could have moved in right away! Especially the modern bathroom with the great bathtub is a highlight. Practical things like the washing machine are also stylish and unobtrusively integrated. All in all, an all-round beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back! 🥰

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

Beautiful garden room in one of Amsterdam's nicest neighborhoods, 35 minutes from downtown. Everything spotless. Super friendly and flexible hosts. We would come back without hesitation!

Yafit and Jerry were always very responsive to our requests and were able to offer us links to move around, eat,... the place is compliant and very pleasant in dry weather. the bike loan is a real plus for rent. so we were able to move to the station (about 10-15 min) drop the bikes there (easy to access) and take the train to Amsterdam(15 min ride in iron 8 euros AR). the other option is the bus (8 min walk then about 40 45 min almost the same rate as for the train). several bike rides are easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at Joost’s apartment. It is large, spacious, and very clean. My toddler enjoyed the toys that were there. The location is not in a touristy area but there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it is a short bike or tram ride to all of the attractions we were interested in.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.
