Beautifull waterfront villa near Amsterdam

Great luxury family house on the edge of the Ijsselmeer and close to Amsterdam. With a private jetty, canoe and hot tub. In Uitdam, it's a daily vacation. Canoeing, swimming, boating, surfing or paddleboarding from your own jetty in the picturesque Waterland. The house was completely renovated in 2021. From the living room you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the water. The house is directly on the dike without a road or bike path between you and the lake. Your own transportation is highly recommended.

Great family villa @ Amsterdam Ijburg

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.
