A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

On the other hand you find high tech details like glass fiber high speed internet (100 MBit/sec up/down), Philips Hue lighting system, a high-end sound system and Gaggenau kitchen equipment. 3 free parking places.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Design sunny houseboat on Amstel river

Enjoy our ‘houseboat' on the Amstel River in The Centre of Amsterdam. The place is super spacious and light. 220 square meters, 3 terraces with lots of privacy. Swim or take our Sup-boards in Amstel water. PLEASE NOTE; WHEN BOOKING FOR 4 PERSONS IT THEN INCLUDES ‘the second bedroom’ which is a separate private studio (with kitchen, bathroom, double bed see pictures) own entrance and key! The price will be then changed with 150€ PP extra. PS; WE DON'T ACCOMODATE PARTIES OR GROUPS.

Tiny house: Romantic sailboat in Amsterdam.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Minimal stay is for 3 nights Ideal for a couple It is a very quit area and in the summer you can jump of for a refreshing dive. if you want I have bikes that you can rent for 15 euro a day.
