Part of Europe's most sustainable floating residential area, our home is located in the middle of the particularly attractive Amsterdam-Noord. 15 minutes from the Dam, 5 minutes from the NDSM neighborhood and with shops and a market within walking distance, the location is nothing short of ideal. We are in the middle of the residential community SchoonSchip. Our floating home is full of comforts and is child-friendly. Families are welcome. We live here and wish to have a respectful relationship with our habitat and neighbors.
