Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house. It is very spacious and, despite its proximity to the centre, absolutely quiet. The renovation was carried out with environmental considerations in mind. The old clay walls create a natural indoor climate, but they require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. From October to April, ventilation is only permitted according to the principle of intermittent ventilation (approx. 10 minutes of cross ventilation in the morning and evening). There is no television.

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In the yard there is a parking lot for cars. It becomes too tight for larger vehicles. Demmlerstraße is located in the historic old town center. It is only a short walk to Schwerin city or Schwerin Castle (about 15 minutes)
