The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

We had a beautiful stay at this place. It was perfect for a group of friends wanting to explore parts of Cornwall. The place was spacious and airy, and we had a great time using the hot tub! The place was tidy and it was a very comfortable stay. Connor was very responsive and helpful, and gave clear instructions and was always there to answer. The place was very near to Eden Project, just 15 minute drive and other places with spectacular beaches and small coastal towns. We would highly recommend!

We had a great week here as a group of eight friends. The house is in a fantastic location, very spacious, with lovely modern bathrooms and excellent towels. The welcome treat of scones, jam, and clotted cream was a really thoughtful touch – thank you! Faye and Mike are very welcoming - Communication was great and a maintenance issue was sorted quickly, which we really appreciated. A few small points: the double beds are quite small for non-couples to share, and some of the pans need replacing as they’re quite worn. Overall, a lovely stay in a great house – we'd be happy to return!

The cottage was beautiful with a lovely view. It was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the entertainment options were great to keep us happy for our couple of comfy evenings in.

We had a fantastic week in the Old Schoolhouse. It's placed centrally in the village with shops, restaurants, pubs etc all walkable, including easy access to the SW coast path and surrounded by wonderful countryside. The apartment is beautifully kept and spacious - even if rain kept you in you'd be comfortable. We hope we might stay again sometime.

An amazing find with a beautiful view of the sea, even from bed! Was super relaxing waking up with that view! We did wear sleep masks as it can get super bright but worth it for the views 🥰🥰 Everything we needed was available, and although no garden for doggos, there is plenty of areas for them to go out along the road, and near coastal path! Bed was SUPER comfy and the shower was amazing! Melinda was super helpful if we had a question and was so kind!

A truly lovely, private, peaceful and unique property with stunning wow factor views. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub watching the sunrise or looking at the stars at night. The property has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Highly recommend with the perfect hosts. 😍

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in Perranporth! Loved our stay here — spotless, stylish, and super comfy. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to the beach and town. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after long coastal walks. Great hosts — we’ll definitely be back!

The nicest static caravan we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, our hosts were great on messaging and left us a very helpful book which made everything so easy, even with two boys. The park was really quiet even though it was full, the boys loved the park and the pub was perfect for a quiet pint in the evening. The value for money was unreal, the absolute perfect base for exploring any part of Cornwall

Danny’s home is in an ideal, rural location, set back on an expansive lawn overlooking the sea on one side, hills with grazing sheep on another, and just beyond an amazing view of Plymouth. Beautiful! Directly across the street and down a short path is The Cliff Top Cafe, a great place to get a bite to eat and take in the amazing view. The home is very comfortable and clean and has everything needed to enjoy a peaceful getaway. To me, the best part of the experience was definitely the location. It absolutely does not disappoint. Views, views, views and soft sounds of sheep calling out from the hillside. Very special. Thank you Danny. We will never forget our first stay in the UK.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Absolutely stunning place, exactly as described. Joanna was a very responsive host. Thoroughly enjoyed this place so beautiful and quiet. The walk to the castle along the coast path was doable. Loved it and will be back.

Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay with lovely views across to Falmouth

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation is pristine, really felt at home, and the views from inside were so tranquil. The garden is lovely, kept to such a high standard! It was so peaceful here. The scones on arrival were such a lovely touch, and very tasty! The location is amazing, can just walk from the property for a coastal route to Polperro or Looe, we did both and they were definitely worth it. The cafe is about a 5 minute walk from the property so really convenient. Susie and Richard were both so welcoming and helpful, great hosts. Would highly recommend staying here. It is now our favourite place and hope to be back shortly! Thank you both!

This cottage was my favorite holiday destination - ever! Quiet, gorgeous, simple, comfortable, the sea views - I could cry for joy. We had everything we needed and then more… loved the toys for my kids, the treats in the fridge. Loved the quiet village location - so easy to walk down to the beach. Excellent and responsive communication with Jessica through - had a few oopsies (life with toddlers!) but Jessica was very kind and flexible and a perfect host. I’d like to live in, permanently, please! Don’t hesitate to book: this place is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay and a really beautiful spot. Hamish and Helen had thought of everything and were fantastic at giving us local recommendations. Lots of really lovely walking both coastal and in pretty estuaries. Loved taking the little ferry to St Mawes and would recommend The Lugger in Portloe for a special meal and the best cream tea!
