Beachfront holiday rental in Goring-by-Sea

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

Fabulous little cabin that had absolutely everything we could need - great garden for our two schnauzers to run around - and a two minute walk to the beach - made this a perfect place to stay for our long weekend on the Island …

Very good stay for just one night but hosts helpful. Good to be able to sit out for breakfast at the front of the house in the sun. The nearby beach cafe is very good for breakfast. you can hear the children's get above but did not bother us.

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

A very convenient place for a short stay. Beautiful location, all beds are single which made it perfect for a bigger group of people. Very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We have had a magical week, both my girls didn’t want to leave and wanted to stay forever! The caravan/holiday home was beautiful, it was just perfect, it had everything you could think of and the basket of treats were such a lovely touch. We can’t wait to come and stay again! Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

Rebecca's place was a treat. Great layout, and tastefully decorated. It felt like home right from the start. The round livingroom gave us a panoramic view of the surroundings and beautiful sunsets. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a great flat. We loved the location (a few steps from the beachfront and surrounded by useful shops) and having outside space was a real bonus. The flat is beautifully decorated with modern finishes and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless.

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Bedford Row is a little gem! The appartment is beautifully decorated, with big windows in the living room that create a sunny atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean, with a well-equiped kitchen, comfy bed and amazingly even a Sonos sound system (ideal when you’re a music lover)! The location is fairly quiet (some construction work noise, but only during the week) and just a few minutes away from the busstops. Thank you Bridget and Keith for letting me stay here!

A fantastic little spot! Just a 5-minute walk to town and only 2 minutes from a beautiful beach with bars—and even a sea sauna. The place looks recently renovated, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and all the mod cons you could need. It was absolutely spotless—so clean and well cared for. The bedroom was cosy, and the sofa bed was surprisingly high quality—two adults slept on it comfortably and had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend! We'll be back. Thanks to our great hosts.
