We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

Great stay ! The location and house was wonderful. The pool was great and such a lovely surprise that it was heated ! Only thing was that our dog had to be shut in a couple of times because of a cat but it was fine. Couple who owned this listing were very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

The cottage fully met our expectations. I would say that the place is even better than the photos, especially the surrounding area, which Peter and Sandrine and their children take care of with love. This cottage is really true to its description, and even more warm in reality, it is a real jewel of conviviality, and extremely well thought out and provided by hosts. It has everything and even more than you need during a stay. The house is lovely, very clean, cozy, welcoming, the garden and terrace are lovely! The big plus: one bathroom per adult room! And an absolutely charming hostess, 100% recommended.

Beautiful rental, very large and spacious! The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is very nice, and we were able to enjoy the BBQ thanks to the beautiful weather. The location is ideal, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, the city centre and the casino. Julien is a very nice, responsive and accommodating host! We will most likely return without hesitation.

Nora and Christophe have a lovely house between Houlgate and Villers-sur-mer. The check in and out with Christophe was very pleasant and friendly. Everything was clean and as in the description. We were traveling with two children (3y and 1.5y) and the house and the garden were perfect for them to play and at the same time relaxing for us because there weren‘t any dangerous or delicate things standing around. We enjoyed the short drive to Houlgate Beach (especially in the morning it‘s lovely there)! It‘s also just about 30min to Caen and about 10min to the nearest industrial zone with plenty of shops for your weekly groceries. We would love to come back and can‘t recommend this lovely place enough!

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!

The appartment was very cozy and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Ouistreham is a nice village with more than enough shops and restaurants and the location of the appartment is great. Would book again!

We rented the accommodation for an EVG. We were greeted by Marie and her husband who are lovely, give good advice and are very responsive. The accommodation is identical to the photos and descriptions, the outdoor setting is great and peaceful with this beautiful pool. The only neighbours were the cows in the field opposite, far from being disturbing 😉 They trusted us and we were able to return the favour. Accommodation for festive occasions is not easy to find, we wanted to thank them sincerely. See you soon Marie, good luck to both of you and maybe we'll see each other again for a new rental 🙂

Spacious, well-equipped, nicely decorated, in a residential area, with beautiful sea views. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the welcome made by Séverine, as well as the exchanges with Frédéric. Only downside during our stay, the presence of many mosquitoes!...

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

We had a lovely perfect stay at this place! Everything was as advertised, or even better. The house was clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. The host was very responsive, welcoming and available throughout the stay. A real gem on Airbnb, I recommend it without hesitation and we will be happy to come back!
