If this place is available, don't hesitate! Everything is perfect! It is not only functional but also tastefully furnished and offers breathtaking views. It is located a few minutes from the beach and the city centre. As for our hosts, in addition to being pleasant, they are available like Delphine. We had a great time. Thank you. Claire is a very friendly host! The accommodation was perfect, very clean and fully equipped. Amazing view, very quiet despite the road that separates us from the beach (I didn't hear any noise at night), bonus point for electric blinds! Claire was very responsive to messages and was able to make herself available at flexible hours. I recommend it and will be back! Thanks for your hospitality.

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

Great stay! We had a great time in this apartment. Everything is there for a comfortable stay: a modern interior, quality bedding, impeccable cleanliness, and a very nice little outdoor area. The apartment is also very well equipped for a baby (high chair, deckchair, cot), which is a real plus. Ideally located facing the sea, you can easily enjoy the beach or walk to the centre of Deauville. A big thank you to Martial for his warm welcome and availability. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back!

Ideal for a couple or couple with a child. Very well located in direct proximity to the beach and the seaside which takes you directly to the city centre in a few minutes' walk The small garden is very nice for breakfasts in the sun or meals. Dominique is a considerate, very responsive and welcoming host. Communication via messaging is highly appreciated

We liked staying with Helene very much. We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment had nice amenities and a great location to explore Cabourg and the surrounding area. We would book the apartment again.

Great location if you are driving and want to visit the Normandy beaches. The house is exceptional and the kitchen facilities are superb. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful house with a stunning view over the river. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The large balcony was a highlight, we spent evenings here watching the boats go past. A lovely period farmhouse in a quaint village. Would love to visit again.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Beautiful rental, very large and spacious! The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is very nice, and we were able to enjoy the BBQ thanks to the beautiful weather. The location is ideal, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, the city centre and the casino. Julien is a very nice, responsive and accommodating host! We will most likely return without hesitation.

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!

Location location location!!! Loved it

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Nathalie is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in a nice and pleasant residence, easy to access by car or on foot. The balcony exposure with sea views is simply unforgettable.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m away and access to the centre of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m away on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

We had a great stay in this studio, everything was clean, the amenities offered are perfect and the sea view from the balcony is incredible :) It is easy to park for free in front of the residence and the centre of Cabourg is nearby. I recommend it and would be happy to come back!
