Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training facilities are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians, about 5 minutes., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment disposes an open plan living room with a seating area with TV. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children (1 sofa-bed in the living room or 1 separate childs bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.
