Family-friendly holiday rentals in Golfe-Juan, Vallauris

We stayed with Domi for almost a week during our trip to the Côte d'Azur and would have liked to stay longer. The small holiday home is perfectly located to walk to the village, the harbour and the two city beaches. Other beaches can be reached within 10-15 minutes by car. The outdoor kitchen and pool are a dream. We spent most of our time outside and always felt comfortable. Although you live at home with Domi, her husband and her dog, there is plenty of privacy. The hosts are also very warm and helpful. Overall, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Absolutely recommended.

Pierre’s place was everything that we needed for our weekly stay at Cote d’Azur. We enjoyed especially the outdoor area with the pool, grill and amazing views. We can only recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Phil and Emmanuelle were great hosts. When we arrived, they offered to drive us into Vence to show us around which was super helpful. We shared a drink with Phil as well as he told us about the area and gave amazing local recommendations. The property is very peaceful; a short 30ish minute walk to Vence, or to St. Paul de vence in either direction. We loved our stay. Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Highly recommend this property. Situated in the heart of the Old town, everything you need is within walking distance, or just outside the property. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean, easy self check-in. we were a group of 5 friends and we had an amazing holiday in this beautiful location. Thank you.

Nice accommodation in a great location with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. It is on the 6th floor, so the street noise is not very loud. The train passes just behind, but it doesn't bother you. The beaches in front of the house were not yet equipped, but in the house, we found an umbrella and mats that were useful to us. Comfortable bed, sofa bed too, maybe more than the bed. Although it is small, there is enough space.

The location is great! Very easy to walk around Cannes and very close to all the beach clubs. The apartment itself is on a main street with many restaurants nearby but it was never too noisy. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed having access to laundry. Would stay again.

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we haven't been disappointed. The space was spotless and the view from the studio deck is spectacular. Our stay went very well. We enjoyed Dominique's warm welcome and availability. Many thanks to him. We'll be happy to come back for the next vacation.

We had a very special short break at Zillah’s place. Valbonne is quintessential French: packed with independent boutique shops and restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating. Despite being an obvious tourist destination, it felt pleasantly ‘local’ as well. Our neighbours were very friendly and it was lovely to see the children playing in the street while parents and grandparents sat and chatted. The house itself has a small footprint but plenty of space over three floors. The main bedroom is particularly handsome, although the second bedroom has no windows, which would not suit everyone. The top-floor bedroom is open to the spiral staircase so privacy is a bit limited, but not a problem if you know all your fellow guests well! 😁 The roof terrace was a treat and a perfect spot for crémant and crevettes at the end of the day! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Very nice well-maintained residence, spacious apartment, well renovated and well furnished. Beautiful wooded environment, shops nearby. Armand and his wife welcomed us and gave us all the useful practical information. I would this place without reservation.

Functional and atypical accommodation. Its location is ideal. The city centre is within walking distance (about 30 minutes). The situation on the height, the surrounding greenery, the calm as well as the sea view are great. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and available hosts.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!
