Really great! We felt right at home in this cozy complete apartment with great quiet and large balcony. The corner around and you are in the bustling city center. Every morning (from 6:30 am) a walk to the bakery for some treats. And to the beach, so close by. The restaurants and the boutiques., Àlles within walking distance. So delicious! Train station a short walk, we did not use the car for two weeks. So convenient by train from north to south. Juan Le Pins is such a nice and cozy little fancy town. We fell in love with it. And then Marika. Is really available 24 hours a day. Always friendly and helpful. So nice! Best holiday in years. And best spot of Juan Le Pins! We're going again next year!

Everything was good. Place is located near a very nice park which is very close to the beach. The only thing is the noise from the main street from the cars. But when you close the windows you get rid of it.

Convenient transportation, very close to Nice and Antibes, the host thoughtfully prepared hats and blankets, it's great to see the sea every day when you open your eyes

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as described. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants and there was a small grocery store right below which was nice. We were also able to check in early which was greatly appreciated!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Jordi's is 10/10 perfect location and space. I visit this listing many times and it as if I am coming home. Always in perfect shape and Jordi is a delight. I will continue to return.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we haven't been disappointed. The space was spotless and the view from the studio deck is spectacular. Our stay went very well. Pierre and his son Marc do their utmost to ensure that the stay goes smoothly by answering all the questions asked. The garage is a plus in a quiet and secure residence. I was able to rest in 1 week as I wished. As I really like this seaside resort, I am ready to come back next year to this apartment if Pierre agrees.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and nice area, the garden in the area is very nice and well maintained.

The location is very good. Close to restaurant, the marina and public transport. A few meters away from train station for easy travels along the Cote d'Azur. The host, Kevin, was always reachable and helpful and very attentive. The apartment was excellent with a fantastic rooftop pool that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very nice, perfect for 4 guests. We will definitely select this host and apartment for our next visit.

Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My windscreen was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us to temporarily cover the windscreen with cardboard and a rubbish bag. They even tried to get me a new windscreen, unfortunately unsuccessfully, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The accommodation was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

Very good welcome. The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the city centre and the beach. It is also functional with a top decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that were waiting for us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.
